The orders are currently available as digital orders only. That means you will receive either a digital e-book (pdf) or a digital video (MP4) or both.
The product will be sent to the email address you entered when you purchased the products. The purchase confirmation email should arrive immediately after you have completed your purchase. The email will contain the digital items you purchase or links to download the items you purchased.
After you have completed your purchase and the email does not seem to have arrived, kindly check your Spam folder as well.
Physically shipped orders
If you order a physical product that is to be shipped by mail, the following shipping carriers will be used.
- USPS media mail
- USPS First Class Mail International
Domestic (USA only)
The shipping times in the USA are:
- Up to 2 business days for order processing
- Up to 15 business days for delivery via USPS First Class Mail International

Physical Product Cancellations
We understand sometimes things change, so we have a 24 hour cooling off period whereby customers can cancel their physical product orders and be refunded immediately. To do this you can visit: https://www.clkbank.com/#!/
Tracking physical product orders
Once the physical product order has been processed and dispatched the shipping company will send you a tracking link or number for your order. This will be sent within 3 working days to the email address you used when you made your purchase.
Sometimes email can be sent to Spam or Junk folders by some email providers. Please check these folders in your email system as well. Important emails could end up here in error.
